Sweetaly Gelato

Founded by Francesco Amendola, who grew up in Cosenza, Italy, and trained at some of the country's top gelato schools, Sweetaly brings authentic, handmade Italian gelato to Utah. Francesco and his wife Lisa opened their first shop in South Salt Lake in 2014, crafting every batch by hand with real, high-quality ingredients: Sicilian pistachios, Italian chocolate, seasonal fruits, and local milk and cream. No shortcuts, no artificial flavors, just honest gelato made the traditional Italian way.

Since then, Sweetaly has grown to multiple locations staying true to the authenticity and care it was built on with every scoop.
